Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements and are completed on time.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with the bank’s IT architecture and standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions are properly tested before deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that arise.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and decisions.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus.
- CBAP – Certification in Business Analysis is mandatory.
