Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in building a visually attractive, user-friendly, and highly responsive frontend for our generative AI-based platform. This platform will enable seamless interaction with end users and serve as a key component in delivering AI-driven solutions across the organization.
As a ReactJS Developer, you will work closely with the business, product design teams, and backend engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a highly responsive web-based user interface using ReactJS.
2. Ensure a seamless user experience by optimizing the application for performance and scalability.
3. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement interactive and intuitive designs.
4. Work closely with the Product Design and Business teams to align with user needs and product goals.
5. Communicate effectively to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
7. Ensure adherence to best practices in UI/UX development.
8. Maintain code repositories and versioning with Git and related tools.
9. Collaborate in integrating RESTful APIs with the frontend.
10. Perform unit testing and assist with integration testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free releases
11. Champion the integration of cutting-edge machine learning technologies and methodologies into existing and future business operations.
12. Facilitate the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of deployed solutions, ensuring they deliver consistent value and adapt to new business needs or data insights.
13. Lead knowledge sharing and innovation within the team, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining the bank’s competitive edge in AI applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field;
2. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in ReactJS.
3. Proficiency in ReactJS, including React Hooks and Context API.
4. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
5. Experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Next.js, or similar.
6. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how to implement responsive and interactive designs.
7. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for collaboration with designers.
8. Experience with version control systems like Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub.
9. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
